OUR CUSTOM DESIGN SERVICE

Many people look for an individual home design, particularly if their block of land is not standard. Some sites are steeper than others, some are narrow and others are interesting shapes. A special floor-plan may be required to take advantage of views. Our Architectural Design Consultant loves a challenge and after meeting with you to assess your needs and requirements will come up with options for you to consider. This process takes about two weeks. Once the design concept has been finalised the builder is able to provide a costing based on your custom design.
